RETURN AND
REFUND POLICY
PLEASE NOTE:
The Return/Refund Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on cremedelacremeclothing.com.Â
If you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for an in-store credit with the following considerations:

Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.

Product was not marked as Final Sale.

Products must be in the original, unworn condition with tags attached to be accepted for returns/exchanges (unless it is a manufacturer defect).

In this case please contact Customer Service.

Do not use the original shoe box as the package for shipping.

Any returns without the original shoe box or with a damaged shoe box will not be accepted.

A separate box should be used to ship shoes/sneakers back with the original shoe box inside.

Please enclose your original packing slip with your return package.

You are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.

Shipping fees for the original purchase are non-refundable.
